Before joining Millani, Nicolas completed a master’s degree in management and sustainability at HEC Montréal, where he explored the challenges and opportunities of sustainable development and applied practical strategies tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders. This built on his five years in the financial sector, where he completed recognized investment certifications and gained a strong grasp of capital markets, which he applied by developing financial scenarios aligned with clients’ specific goals and risk profiles.
The combination of both backgrounds allows him to bring a practical perspective to sustainability topics, connecting financial insights with sustainability goals to drive meaningful value.
