Dorothée is a Senior Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Finance, ESG research and investment support. She is deeply committed to aligning corporate performance with long-term ESG objectives.
Prior to joining Millani, Dorothée supported institutional clients at Morningstar Sustainalytics by leveraging climate and ESG data to meet evolving regulatory requirements and drive strategic value through enhanced reporting, risk management, and long-term sustainability planning.

After her time at CDPQ’s Fixed Income team, where she led operational projects and supported executive reporting, Dorothée contributed to high-impact research projects at the Responsible Investment Association (RIA). She worked on the Canadian Responsible Investment (RI) Trends Report and the Canadian Impact Investment Trends Report, and helped organize RI conferences and events in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.
Dorothée holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from HEC Montréal, the Sustainable Investment Professional Certification (SIPC) from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, the Sustainable Investing Certificate from the CFA Institute, and the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute. She is fluent in both French and English.
