Florence leverages her financial knowledge and her passion for ESG to help companies and investors navigate the significant changes the financial industry is experiencing.
Prior to joining the firm in October 2021, Florence held positions in consulting, private equity and corporate banking at Accuracy, PSP Investments and National Bank Financial respectively. Most recently, she was a Research Associate at Pembroke Management where she was responsible for conducting fundamental analysis of companies operating mainly in the consumer, industrials and telecommunications sectors. Florence participated in the overall investment process from investment ideas generation to developing the investment thesis, participating in management interviews and monitoring portfolios. Florence was also involved in the implementation of best practices regarding responsible investment and stewardship.
Florence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science (Finance) from HEC Montréal. Additionally, she completed the CFA Level II exam in 2021.
