Passionate about sustainable finance, Léa is eager to support both investors and companies in as they transition to a more integrated ESG approach. ​
An accountant by training, Lea previously worked as a Senior Accounting and Taxation Associate in a French/American CPA company. Lea completed her Bachelor thesis on integrated reporting with a focus on companies’ environmental performance and disclosure. Her Master thesis focused on green bonds’ issuance and its impact on the financial market. From these learnings, she is eager to advise companies and investors on how to advance their ESG strategies.

Lea has a Bachelor of Science in General Management at EBS University in Germany, a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from NHH University in Norway and a Master of Science in Finance from NOVA University in Portugal. Lea is currently a candidate to the CFA Institute’s ESG Investing Certificate.
