At Millani, we encourage our teammates to seek impact, both within their day-to-day work, and beyond. Our colleague Félix Lamoureux is incredibly passionate about biodiversity and has put his passion towards directing a short documentary entitled Parmi Tant d’Autres (Amongst Many Others).
A passionate Atlantic salmon angler, Félix seeks to share the situation of the Petit-Saguenay River - a place close to his heart - and to highlight the intrinsic value of salmon rivers and the communities that depend on them. As Atlantic salmon populations continue to decline around the world, the film aims to raise awareness and inspire action by showcasing powerful, lesser-known conservation efforts.

30 financial institutions and pension funds representing approximately CA$1.2 trillion in assets under management issued today a joint Declaration of Institutional Investors on Climate-Related Financial Risks, calling on publicly traded companies in Canada to commit to enhanced disclosure on their exposure to climate change risks, and the measures they are taking to manage them. Millani is proud to be one of 13 organizations supporting in principle the Declaration.
